    New constructiontechnologies in general shouldbecome a method of constructing, and therefore in a way to createjobs, meetneeds and lead to other social development. Underthisapproach a new cons-tructionsystemwhichbyitsnaturefavorsthe social processes of self-management training wasconceived. Italso has greatflexibility in planninghousing, typologicaldesign and application; ontheonehand, thesystemadoptstheindustrializedproduction of thestructuralsystem and ontheother, self-construc-tiveproductionthatpromotes social participation. The general conception of the new constructionsystemisbasedonthedevelopment of a structural panel BRICK, whichinitiallypresents a basicarmor of 40 pieces light ceramics, linkedthrough a mesh of galvanizedwirepressesthebricks and serves as a supportforthem, finallyachieving a formatthatisrollable, folda-ble and versatileaddition to itsease of transport, de-livery and storagethanks to thematerialsused. Also, thebasicelement of thestructuralsystemisthe roll-up panel of ceramicpieces, theserolls are filledwithmortarformwork and highfluidity in work, generatinghighresistancewhencombiningthesematerials.
