Objective: Value that the model of health attention (MAIS) has had, analyzing the intervention in the health factors and the attention given to people at the Health Center N° 1 at Azogues. Method and Materials: This is a descriptive and observational study, that tries to give and answer to the indicators, it analyzes what is happening without interfering with its conditions and its dominant factors in cause-effect relation. For its analyze and test process, quantitative methods has been used with the family given by the MSP. The family was given to all the Azogues families and to the suburbs that depend of the Health Center N°1 making emphasis to the kind of illness and to the calcification of the biological, sanitary and socioeconomical risks, also giving importance to the participation of the families and of the community with the achieved compromises. Results: With the health model “MAIS-FCI” implemented at 2008, now it is part of the Political Constitution of Ecuador, it will be financed by the State it is based at APS renovated, there are norms and strategies, process and with integral resources (promotion, prevention, and rehabilitation) with quality to the families, to the community and environment promoting social participation. It is carried by the basic equipment of health aplicated to families file with visits to the houses , because of being a new model in our country it is expected to reduce the maternal and neonatal mortality to a 35%. Reduce the teen pregnancy at a 25% and reduce the consume of dirty water and with this reduce the respiratory infections too. Conclusions: With the implementation of the health model, that is characterized by being integral, familiar, communitary and intercultural, the attentions is given to all the population, trying to reach the health determinants, by the promotion the people and the future generations can be owners of their health.
