    Evaluación ergonómica de los trabajadores del sistema de producción de la fábrica de embutidos piggis mediante el método REBA, Cuenca Abril-Sepiembre 2015

    GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Ergonomically workers assess system factory production of sausages PIGGIS by REBA method. Cuenca, April-September 2015. METHODOLOGY: Quasi - Experimental Study uncontrolled pre -post. The universe of study was a total of 60 workers employed in the production system, in which there was moderate to substantial risk and in some cases intolerable with regard to ergonomic factors. To estimate the risk of musculoskeletal disorders related to work assessment was performed by the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method back to this, it intervened with an ergonomic program. At the end a reevaluation was performed using the same method to determine the effect of the intervention. The extracted data were analyzed and organized using SPSS 21 statistical software and Excel, using graphs and tables to represent the results. RESULTS: In the initial evaluation it showed that 15 % of workers earned a high level of risk, a high level 33.3 % and 51.7 % a medium level of musculoskeletal disorders. After the ergonomic intervention, lower risk levels shown, the 0 % level very high, 1.7% high, 71.7 % medium level and low level 26.7%. When comparing the level of risk before and after ergonomic intervention, a statistically significant difference (p = 0.000) was found. CONCLUTION: at the end of the study it was observed that the ergonomic intervention reduced the level of risk in the 91.67 % of workers.
