Obra para guitarra eléctrica y grupo de rock
(2014) Alvarez Mendoza, Fernando Dario; Ortega Barros, Jorge Alfredo
The musical discourse that my work seeks to make, is to give each character an emotional melodic phrase so the state generate images through a main melody make reference as running themes develop, but my main source will Greek modes, as they have been a source of inspiration for folk songs and academic sources as the works of Debussy and Messiaen, who evolved into a melodic and harmonic concept giving the beginning of a new musical era, the concept of his music based on the breakdown of the harmonic and melodic orchestral traditions transposing descriptors. The application of various composition techniques make it possible for this work to have evolution, much of it is reflected from the first movement, in which the themes and rhythmic motifs have given prominence to my composition, use of chords not as common in the guitar as are the quarters, have given new insight into different ways of running trying to find a way to own, a style because of this new musical trend that I propose to do this project, each subject based on a different character and construction of a new feature to try to give each actor, for that reason building rhythmic, melodic motifs series and harmonic Exáfona make a different play based on mythical characters, in this case of Homer's Iliad.
