    Propuesta para la creación de una fundación observatorio de responsabilidad social con empresas turísticas en Cuenca

    The development of the present intervention project has as main objective to create a proposal of an observatory foundation with characteristics of social responsibility with tourist companies, due to the fact that at present in the city of Cuenca there is no establishment directed to the development of this activity. In order to achieve the stated objective, it is fundamental to know the policies that establishes being an organization with principles of corporate social responsibility, the impact it generates around the world and the associations that interpret these policies around the planet, it details the systems of responsible management, strategic alliances, partnership with society, human talent, responsible decision making necessary for the tourism observatory. It also presents the theoretical basis of the observatory with the purpose of personalizing the service and the quality of the observatory; So the tourist companies of the city of Cuenca will possess the ideal theoretical characteristics for the development of RSE activities, due to it, a code of ethics will be elaborated that will allow to be related with all the stakeholders. Finally, to validate the proposal of the tourist observatory, it details the principles of the observatory that encourage a tourist company to work with the community
