    Determinación del valor agregado ecuatoriano de equipos de herramientas de la construcción

    This document focuses in the determination of ecuadorian value-added (VAE) of equipments and tools in the construction area partially produced or assembled with raw material, or labor of the country. All that is achieved with the help of factories, garages and assemblers through which is obtained real information about the cost of production or assembling of selected equipments and tools. Then, with this information is made an analysis, with the calculating of the real VAE of each one, through the summation of percentage contributions in the composing of the total final price of several components from ecuadorian origin. According to the Ley Orgánica del SistemaNacional de ContrataciónPública (LOSNCP) establishes a fix value for these; for this reason is lost the importance to encourage and generate greater national participation. Finally, the results are analyzed and compared with the law, on this way, entities and bidders of the public sector may apply the information from this document for the qualification and developing of offers, and also to encourage to the relevant institutions to determine the percentage of ecuadorian value-added in all the goods, equipments and tools that contains ecuadorian participation.
