(2018) Alba Jimbo, Jorge Gabriel; Varela Solano, Ramiro Xavier
The purpose of this project is to design an INITIATION PROGRAM FOR ORNAMENTAL JUMPS IN SPORTSMEN OF THE FEDERACION DEPORTIVA DEL AZUAY. For which it has been investigated on the sports preparation of ORNAMENTAL JUMPS at early ages, which is the appropriate one to begin in this sport. The objective of this work is to demonstrate that through this program satisfactory results will be obtained after proposing a 3-month planning in which it is specified in the annual macro cycle of Ornamental Falls and that consists of exercises that improved the part physical, technical, especially the flexibility and coordination essential for this sport. This work was carried out with the participation of 12 athletes from the Azuay team, in the children and youth category, to which they were given an initial test, intermediate test and final test to conclude with results that were tabulated and analyzed resulting in positive effects. And improvements in each of the elements they perform in competition. At the end of my project there was an internal championship and evaluation of the athletes of the national team who gave positive results improving their score in most of the competition elements, clarifying that two of them in the category 10-11 years were classified for the championship Pacific Cup to be held in Medellin-Colombia.
