    Determinantes y herramientas para la toma de decisiones. Análisis de literatura a través de métodos bibliométricos

    The objective of the study was to examine trends in research on determinants and tools for managerial and commercial decision-making through bibliometric techniques, with a view to providing informed foundations for the subsequent development of specialized systems to support organizational decision-making processes. Science mapping methods were applied to analyze 11,799 articles indexed in Web of Science between 2019 and 2022, processed with SciMAT. The findings reveal an evolution from topics focused on financial, strategic and customer aspects initially, towards structural, analytical model and behavioral aspects recently, highlighting the persistent importance of corporate governance and innovation, as well as the emergence of discussions on business behavior and capital structure, in contrast to the decline in risk management and context determinants. A growing diversity of approaches in this research area is thus evident.
