    Análisis del manejo de los bienes de larga duración de la Empresa Pública Municipal de Movilidad, Tránsito y Transporte de Cuenca EMOV-EP para el período 2013 y propuesta de mejora

    The present investigation arises from the need EMOV-EP has to count with clear addressing which permits it to achieve an optimal management of the Goods of Large Duration and Goods of Administrative Control, reason for which this thesis constitutes a great contribution to the administrative and countable part to which these goods refer to. For the development of this research paper, the current guidelines and regulations corresponding to the management of essential public goods, emitted from the respective organizations, have been taken into account. As a support tool we have used quantitative investigations and techniques, such as: conciliations, registers, accounting and also used qualitative investigations such as observations and interview. From de analysis made it has been determined that certain deficiencies of administrative character exist, related to a fundamental aspect for the achievement of an optimal institutional management, which result from an inadequate management of goods. In which adequate management refers to a correct assessment, classification, devaluation, safekeeping, transfer of goods and application of the corresponding regulations that provides reliable information, which permits taking opportunistic decisions to facilitate the safeguard and forewarn of institutional resources. In this sense, what we pretend with the present investigation is to carry out an analysis of EMOV-EP management of Goods of Large Duration for 2013 period, and in base to this, propose and carry out actions that are appropriate for this improvement.
