    In this project a design approach is made for an integral space for student use as a residence service provided by the University of Cuenca, oriented to those university students who do not reside in the city, which will be advantageously located near the campus or close to them, where quality housing is a necessity to adequately carry out their university studies, since in the city the real estate market is not adapted to the possibilities of most students and for this reason they cannot access higher studies. In addition, it is also sought that the students of the University of Cuenca reside as close as possible to their respective university campuses and that these growing problems. Furthermore, it also seeks to reduce the use of residences are located in safe and crime-free areas, since this is a transportation in general, this will be achieved with a residence near the campuses with the highest percentage of undergraduate students, which may in the future be linked to a single route of transportation of the institution, such as sustainable transportation.
