    Métodos de creación, herramientas y competencias del periodista en la producción de contenidos audiovisuales noticiosos pos apagón analógico en Cuenca

    The purpose of this qualitative research, of descriptive and explanatory scope that; explained the competences, tools and methodology that, they must implement journalism professionals, in the production of contents news audiovisual, pos analog switch off, in Cuenca city. First, it compared the main technical and communication aspects that, it presented analog television; global, regional and in the country, with the characteristics that digital television will bring in the city, using the qualitative documentary collection, differentiation and synthesis, of bibliography of a technical and communicational nature, applying an inductive logic, in its premises and particularities. Then, it analyzed the competences and tools that journalists must implement, to produce news contents on DTT, contemplating its global and regional impact, In addition to how it will influence Cuenca's journalism, applying fundamentals of audiovisual production, the theory of Uses and Gratifications, Transmedia Narratives and Hypertelevision, together with the technical aspects collected from the first chapter, using an inductive critical logic. Later, it explained the methodology of creating interactive and not-interactive applications, for DTT, using the NCL Composer program with practical examples for; describe the declarative, structural and constitutive aspects, that will possess the procedural syntax, of the NCL language, combining with the types of audiences, which raised the theory of Uses and Gratifications, using a critical inductive logic. Creating finally, an interactive news application with the NCL Composer program, using the methodology, explained in the third chapter, to symbolize what has been learned, in how much of contents production for DTT.
