    This thesis is a Proposal to Develop a Procedure of a Security and Occupational Health Plan in INTEGRAL ELECTRONIC TECMASUR CIA. LTDA. Company. The thesis is composed by four chapters. In the first one, the current status of the Company and its operating conditions are identified, and the production process is described. In the second chapter, the concepts of occupational health and safety are analyzed. The causes of accidents are defined too. In this way the operation process of the Company is diagnosed and risks and weaknesses to which workers are subjected are identified. In the third chapter, the risks are eliminated, taking control of them by applying a safety plan. All this is achieved through the identification and evaluation conducted by observing activities and measuring some pollution parameters within the Company. The results of this study were factors that allowed taking decisions to control risks in order to prevent accidents in the different work areas. Finally, in the fourth chapter, the conclusions and recommendations that should be implemented in the Company are presented.
