Many years ago a building was constructed, the Retreat Center at the University of Azuay, which has construction problems since the beginning, and has never been used. Part of this project is the Main Hall, this monograph is aimed at generating a proposal for rehabilitation of the structure of the Main Hall,based on an existing pathological diagnosis, complementing it with information structures and pathology complement diagnosis.
