Item Estudio piloto para la recuperación forestal de la franja de amortiguamiento del embalse mazar a través de la inoculación de hormonas de crecimiento(2016) García Pino, Karen Tatiana; Ñauta Yandún, Alejandro Patricio; Ramírez Matamoros, Marco Tulio; Alvarado Carrión, Pedro RafaelThe buffer zone of the Mazar reservoir was recovered through the use of 180 native seedlings with 6 different species: Psidium guajava (Guayaba), Erythrina edulis (Cáñaro), Inga insignis (Guaba), Delostoma integrifolium (Guaylo), Orecallis grandiflora (Gañal), Prunus serotina (Capulí), the study was developed in two phases; in phase 1 the individuals were inoculated in the plant nursery of Don Julo, with growth regulators as New Gibb 10% and Citokyn, the hormones stimulate the development of stems, buds, leaves and roots. In phase 2 the ecosystem was recovered through the Tres Bolillo sowing system, also we monitored the plants to determine the adaptability for 12 weeks. The data of the variables in each phase were analyzed with the R program, version 3.3.1, by using Shapiro Wilk normality test and non-parametric tests, such as Kruskal Wallis. The results indicate a higher growth in the inoculated seedling with hormones, New Gibb 10% recorded better height in Guayaba, Gañal, Cáñaro and Guaylo, a respectively increase of 16.7%, 15.1%, 12.1% and 3.6 % with relation to the control, the same way occurs in the diameter of the Capulí, Gañal, Guaylo, we obtain values of 65.8%, 16.6% and 15.0% respectively in relation to the control. Citokyn shows a diameter increase in the Capulí and Guayaba with 21.5% and 9.7% respectively with relation to the control. In Guaba there are not statistically significant differences with the use of hormones. The best results were obtained in a 100% with growth regulators as: Citokyn and New Gibb, in contrast to the control that presented 81.4%.
