Item Determinación del flujo de caja para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Jardín Azuayo incorporando variables ajustadas a la norma de riesgo de liquidez(Universidad de Cuenca, 2023-08-21) Barzallo Guachichullca, Jenny Elizabeth; Contreras Cordero, Nicole Elizabeth; Arcentales Carrión, Rodrigo NicanorThis integrating project aims to determine the institutional cash flow for the year 2023 of the Jardín Azuayo Savings and Loan Cooperative by generating a new projection tool. It intends to incorporate a multiple linear regression, which can combine external and internal variables, and other projection methods, to obtain estimated values with the lowest percentage error possible. Its functionality and contribution to decision-making will also be verified. The first chapter describes the theoretical foundations on which this study is based. On this basis, the methodology to be used, as described in chapter two, is determined. Subsequently, section three shows the fieldwork that begins with the review and analysis of the current methodology, followed by the proposal of a projection method for the entire cash flow, concluding with its generation for 2023. Furthermore, chapter four shows the discussion of results, where a comparative analysis verifies the model's functionality and its contribution to decision-making. In addition, the main findings and incidences found are defined as a consequence of prior studies. Finally, the most representative recommendations and conclusions were generated during the elaboration of the presented work.Item Propuesta de un sistema de administración de inventarios para GPK|Graf&Pack industria gráfica(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-02-03) Quizhpilema Jimbo, Jessica Verónica; Arcentales Carrión, Rodrigo NicanorIn Graf&Pack graphic industry, the lack of control of raw material inventories has repercussions on the inefficiency of the purchasing processes and customer dissatisfaction. For this reason, the purpose of this degree work is to establish a proposal for an inventory management system. The research is descriptive and involves both qualitative and quantitative data in its development. From the proposed system, the 35 items of greatest relevance to the company were selected, which used the Winters model and exponential smoothing as forecasting methods. With the collection of the above information, the EOQ model and the reorder point were applied to establish the inventory policy for each item identified. The implementation of this system represents a significant economic advantage for the company, since, when comparing the total cost of the proposal with that of the traditional way of keeping inventories, the first option is more convenient. With the implementation of the inventory management system proposed in this study, 27.72% of the current total cost can be saved. A., período comprendido entre 2010-2014(2016-03-07) Coello García, Verónica Bernarda; Arcentales Carrión, Rodrigo NicanorThis thesis aims to design a partial scorecard (Financial) for the Eléctrica Regional Centro Sur C. A., which would achieve an effective decision-making and an adequate control of management. Financial Scorecard (CMF) is essential for strategic planning of a company, allowing a more efficient administrative management, better resource management and a timely response to potential problems. For its development a descriptive analysis was performed, based on economic-financial information of the company during the period 2010 – 2014. From this information some tools for analysis and setting goals and objectives were used. Among the main tools are the financial indicators and the vertical and horizontal analysis; however in some cases the information was limited so reference values were used. Once established the action plan proceeded to the consolidation of balance sheets and the calculation and analysis of indicators. By comparing the data obtained with 2014, it was determined that the company has a heavy structure, better portfolio management, lower government subsidies, high operating costs and expenses and 77% of own financing. Currently he is destroying value. After the financial analysis, the results obtained was compared with the Electricity Sector. The conclusions reached and strategic planning determined the strategic objectives, targets and indicators that later were included in the CMF.
