Papillon-Lefévre syndrome is an uncommon autosomic recessive disease, characterized by palmar-plantar hyperkeratosis and aggressive periodontitis that cause loss of temporary and definitive teeth. It is reported two clinical cases from diagnostic and therapeutic view in brothers, whose parents are consanguineous.
