We can realize that today with the world’s growing population, human needs increase on a large scale, among these needs there is one very important for the development of the population such as feeding. This huge demand for food has led to develop techniques and technologies to improve the quality and quantity of the food production. However, the development of these new techniques and technologies has not only generated great benefits to mankind but has also caused a great increase in the pollution problem, causing degradation in the environment and in the public health. In agriculture, to increase and accelerate the production, have been made chemicals such as pesticides and fertilizers, many of these with great implications for water supplies that deteriorate ecosystems and change the water quality for human use. In some countries there is a control law, though in most countries there are not any regulations that make a control of the discharge limits, and it should be noted that agriculture is one of the few activities in which chemicals are deliberately discharged into the environment to destroying many form of life.
