The construction of this model aims to design an e-commerce platform for the Grand Central Cuenca cafeteria this is done with the help and support of a user experience design (UX Design). The development of the business model is based on the development of a user experience model. Therefore, a structure of the offline and online service of the cafeteria under study will be built with their respective comparison. As main results you have that at the time of buying a product are fixed in the price of the products and the description of them, likewise, what leads to trust in an e-commerce platform is the perception that can be given to the user of having excellent data security and saving time on your purchases. The main differentiating element in the service is that in offline commerce the real estate element and environment (visual, aroma, auditory) is present, while in the online the technological aspect predominates. The only similarity that can be found in these services is the service provider because it is the one who prepares the dishes. Through the economic and financial analysis that allows to establish the profitability, it is known that there is an IRR of 19.6%. However, it is necessary to take into account the risks that can be generated in the model, For the same, tactics and strategies are established to help prevent them.
