    Modelo de negocio para la Cooperativa de Tejedoras de Paja Toquilla “Unión Cañari” para el periodo 2017-2021

    The business model is a tool that help to identify and define in a clear and objective way a set of strategies for the company, that allow to have sustainability and a good performance through the implementation and development of a competitive advantage, considering every area of organization and those generators components that include effective competitions with the goal of generate incomes, that later will be reflect as benefits. The principal objective of this model is give an analysis of the present situation of the “Tejedoras de Paja Toquilla Unión Cañari” cooperative, and plan a business model, which adapt to the needs of the cooperative, the market and the productive area. Beginning from an analysis of the area through many techniques and tools, we want to identify the principal problems that the cooperative is struggling with. Later we want to identify and define the value chain, principal actors and other elements and components that let us to identify strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, using this information, we will stablish strategies to have a competitive advantage. Finally, we stablish the porpoise the business model, to determine the necessary guidelines to be complete for an effective functioning of the cooperative, with many marketing strategies, finantial approaches, operatives, analysis of risks and model impacts.
