The current draft is about an analysis and implementation of strategic
communication plan in the cooperative “CREA”, with a research in the same
institution, aiming to carry out an internal and external communication plan that
would help the positioning of the institutional image.
This project was carried out by means of surveys to the employees themselves
and other citizens using the tool of Google drive which allowed us to analyze
the flaws of the internal and external communication.
Through these, we find that the main flaw of the cooperative is the lack of a
public relations department who handle all communication of the institution,
improving the development of it.
