| Abstract: | In “The optimization of the manufacturing process and the use of
biofertilizers” It was analyzed the chemical, biological and bromatologic
content of three biol formulations on three fermentation times. This essay
was performed inside a greenhouse in Nulti (canton Cuenca). The
fermentation process was developed in black plastic containers, hermetically
sealed, provided with an exit valve system for gas resulting from boidigestion.
The temperature, humidity and boidigester internal temperature was
monitored every ten minutes. The biodigester internat temperature varies
about 3ºC, this variation is directly proportional to the ambient temperature,
thought the biodigesters internal temperature has a delay about 9h30 min
with respect to the ambient temperature because of the rate of air heat
transfer into the biodigester contents. The enrichment o the substrate with
mineral salts increased the content of nutritious elements on the biol, this
treatment present the highest value of electrical conductivity of the three
formulations. The average performance of the three formulations was 144
biol liters, representing 90% of total water used inside the biodigester at the
elaboration time. The prepared biol liter costs $0.29 (biol 1 and 3) and it was
observed to increase the cost in Biol 2 due to the addition of mineral salts,
giving a value of $0.34 per liter. The biol 2 was higher in nutrients compared
with two foliar liquid fertilizers in relation to the cost of investment. The
presence of auxins and gibberellins was observed in all three biol
formulations by thin layer chromatography analysis |
| Description: | En “La optimización del proceso de elaboración y el uso de los abonos
biofermentados”, se analizó el contenido químico, biológico y bromatológico
de tres formulaciones de biol en tres tiempos de fermentación. Este ensayo
se ejecutó dentro de un invernadero en la parroquia Nulti del cantón Cuenca,
en contenedores de plástico negro, herméticamente sellados, provistos de
un sistema de válvulas para la salida de gases resultantes de la biodigestión.
Se monitoreó la temperatura, humedad relativa y humedad interna de los
biodigestores cada diez minutos. La temperatura interna de los biodigestores
varía alrededor de 3°C, esta variación es directamente proporcional a la
temperatura ambiental, sin embargo la temperatura interna de los
biodigestores presenta un desfase de 9 horas 30 minutos con respecto a la
temperatura ambiental debido a la tasa de transferencia de calor del aire
hacia el contenido del biodigestor. El enriquecimiento del sustrato con sales
minerales incrementó el contenido de elementos nutritivos en el biol. El
rendimiento promedio de las tres formulaciones de bioles fue de 144 litros. El
costo del litro de biol elaborado es de $0,29 para el biol 1 y 3 y se observa
un incremento para el biol 2 debido a la adición de sales minerales dando un
valor por litro de $0,34. El biol 2 resultó ser superior en elementos nutritivos
comparado con dos fertilizantes líquidos foliares en relación al costo de
inversión. Se observó la presencia de auxinas y giberelinas en las tres
formulaciones de biol mediante análisis de cromatografía de capa fina |
