Abstract

This thesis entitled "Evaluating and Improving Internal Control System in the Savings and Loan Huallil Echoes" aims to combine organizational experience with theoretical concepts to support the legitimacy of a process aimed at improving the quality of life of the population.

In the first instance it is important to understand that at the present time social organizations are booming both the legal foundation (Constitution of the Republic and the Organic Law of People's Solidarity Economy) As for the significant contribution that generates the benefit of diversifying socially and economically in the scope or objectives planned horizons democratic and participatory.

The savings and credit "Echoes of Huallil" has been formed with the aim of allowing a joint development of its members, however for financial management strategies have been used some techniques in that sense this work aims to contribute to strengthening the organizational and accounting management right.
