| Abstract: | Because of the value that cooperatives have gained in our environment, it is important to know whether these entities that collect savings, reliable and able to meet the expectations afforded to members.
The main objective of this work is to validate an audit methodology to an operations unit of Cooperativa de Ahorro y CréditoJardínAzuayo for the period 2011 and issue a reasonable criterion Agency situation and strengthen the weaknesses are, and, deviations should submit appropriate recommendations.
The research methodology used to obtain results, is the description of the institutional framework of local sector savings and credit cooperative that develops in the first chapter, the second chapter is detailed audit methodology used, which consists of the following phases: planning which is divided into Strategic Planning and Detailed Planning, Execution, Completion of the audit, and monitoring of compliance with the recommendations if any. In the third chapter presents the application of this methodology Yanuncay Audit Agency and the fourth chapter contains the conclusions of the work.
What is sought is to validate the methodology presented and serve as a means of early detection to identify potential problems preventing them grow and ensure the solvency, soundness and integrity of the cooperative, providing a valuable tool for sound decision-making of their managers. |
| Description: | Debido al valor que las cooperativas han adquirido en nuestro medio, es importante saber si estos entes que captan ahorros, son confiables y capaces de cumplir con las expectativas brindadas a sus socios.
El principal objetivo del presente trabajo es validar una metodología de auditoría a una Unidad Operativa de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Jardín Azuayo por el período 2011 y emitir un criterio razonable sobre la situación de la Agencia y fortalecer las debilidades que se encuentren, y, en caso de desviaciones presentar las recomendaciones pertinentes.
La metodología de investigación empleada para obtener resultados, constituye la descripción del marco institucional de los entes del sector de cooperativo de ahorro y crédito que se desarrolla en el primer capítulo; en el segundo capítulo está detallada la metodología de auditoría utilizada, que consta de las siguientes fases: Planificación que se divide en Planificación Estratégica y Planificación Detallada, Ejecución, Conclusión de la auditoría; y el seguimiento del cumplimiento de las recomendaciones en caso de que existan. En el tercer capítulo, se presenta la aplicación de esta metodología de Auditoría enla Agencia Yanuncay y el cuarto capítulo contiene las conclusiones del trabajo realizado.
Lo que se busca es validar la metodología presentada y servir como medio de detección temprana para identificar problemas potenciales evitando que estos crezcan y garantizar la solvencia, solidez e integridad de la cooperativa, proporcionando una valiosa herramienta para la correcta toma de decisiones de sus administradores. |
