| Abstract: | This project is based on redesigning and making a proposal for a
change of use from bar - restaurant to coworking and cafeteria in the
Restobar Eucalyptus located in the historic center of the city of
Cuenca, in order to provide a new concept of collaborative work in
offices. With a rigorous research on the functioning of coworking
spaces, we obtained the necessary information that will allow us to
give a better functioning to the space in order to provide professionals
the opportunity to interact with each other and partner in
interdisciplinary projects providing quality, creativity and criteria from
each of its branches. With the photographic, planimetric, materiality
and comfort analysis of the house we obtained the problems and
needs to be solved for the proposal and with the analysis of functional
and aesthetic counterparts we obtained a reference to carry out the
design. Finally, with the information obtained from chapter one and
two, it arises the proposal for redesign and change of use to
coworking and cafeteria with an industrial style, and a linear concept
that was obtained as a result of the current logo of the Restobar
Eucalyptus, the proposal provides a distribution with open spaces in
order to take advantage of natural lighting from the glass roof that
has the house. |
| Description: | El presente proyecto se basa en rediseñar y realizar una propuesta
de cambio de uso de bar – restaurant a coworking y cafetería en el
Restobar Eucalyptus ubicado dentro del Centro Histórico de la
ciudad de Cuenca, con el objetivo de brindar un nuevo concepto del
trabajo colaborativo en oficinas. Con una investigación rigurosa
sobre el funcionamiento de espacios coworking se obtuvo
información necesaria que nos permitirá darle un mejor
funcionamiento al espacio con la finalidad de brindarle a los
profesionales la oportunidad de interactuar entre sí y asociarse en
proyectos interdisciplinarios aportando calidad, creatividad y criterio
desde cada una de sus ramas. Con el análisis fotográfico,
planimétrico, de materialidad y de confort de la vivienda obtuvimos
los problemas y necesidades a solventar para la propuesta y con el
análisis de homólogos funcionales y estéticos se obtuvo una
referencia para realizar el diseño. Finalmente, con la información
obtenida del capítulo uno y dos se plantea la propuesta de rediseño
y cambio de uso a coworking y cafetería con un estilo industrial, y un
concepto lineal que se obtuvo como resultado del logo actual del
Restobar Eucalyptus, la propuesta brinda una distribución con
espacios abiertos con el objetivo de aprovechar la iluminación
natural proveniente de la cubierta de vidrio que posee la vivienda. |
