| Abstract: | This degree work focuses on the architectural design of the
Property Registry of the Canton of Gualaceo, originated
from a formal request of the Municipal Autonomous
Decentralized Government (GAD) of Gualaceo and the
collaboration of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism
of the University of Cuenca.
The third chapter addresses a detailed diagnosis of the
intervention area and its context, exploring urban elements
such as demography, topography and basic services.
Chapter four focuses on the design of the Land Registry
Preliminary Project, applying previous criteria. The aim is
to create an infrastructure that responds to the needs of
the community and integrates with the environment.

| Description: | Este trabajo de titulación se centra en el anteproyecto
arquitectónico del Registro de la Propiedad del Cantón
Gualaceo, originado a partir de una solicitud formal del
Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) Municipal de
Gualaceo y la colaboración de la Facultad de Arquitectura
y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Cuenca.
El tercer capítulo aborda un diagnóstico detallado del
área de intervención y su contexto, explorando elementos
urbanos como demografía, topografía y servicios básicos.
