Abstract
The gender approach as a tool that allows us to have a vision of the existing inequality in the
educational environments, being this one of the pillars for the present research where the
reflection on how the gender mainstreaming approach is applied in the curricula and
particularly from the Application of the Executive Decrees No.397 and No.460 on gender
violence in the development of the curriculum of the area of Language and Literature of the
Seventh Grade of EGB, during the school year 2020 - 2021,
Its purpose is to measure the degree of knowledge of teachers when applying gender
mainstreaming in the development of pedagogical activities. In addition, it is important to
highlight that the scope of the research is to know how the implementation of these gender
tools would support cultural and educational changes. Likewise, the research instrument to
be used are semi-structured interviews and field observation, which will help to clarify the
information obtained in the process. To conclude, the following aspects have been found:
lack of knowledge of Executive Decrees No.397 and No.460, another of the results is that
the regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Education have not issued the respective
guidelines regarding this need, another of the findings is the collective manifestation of
teachers regarding the lack of information in relation to the gender approach and the rights
approach.
Resumen
El enfoque de género como una herramienta que nos permite tener una visión de la
desigualdad existente en los entornos educativos, siendo este uno de los pilares para la
presente investigación en donde la reflexión sobre cómo se aplica la transversalización del
enfoque de género en lasmallas curriculares y de manera particular desde la Aplicación de
los Decretos Ejecutivos No.397y No.460 sobre la violencia de género en el desarrollo del
currículo del área de Lengua y Literaturadel Séptimo de EGB, durante el periodo lectivo 2020
– 2021,
Su finalidad es medir el grado de conocimiento de las y los docentes al aplicar la
transversalización del enfoque de género en el desarrollo de las actividades pedagogías.
Además, es importante resaltar que el alcance de la investigación es conocer como la
implementación de estas herramientas de género apoyarían a los cambios culturales y
educativos. Así mismo, el instrumento de investigación a utilizarse son entrevistas semi
estructuradas y observación de campo, mismo que ayudaran a esclarecer la información
obtenida en el proceso. Para concluir se ha encontrado los siguientes aspectos:
desconocimiento de los Decretos Ejecutivos No.397y No.460, otro de los resultados es que
los entes reguladores como el Ministerio de Educación no ha emitido los lineamientos
respectivos en torno a esta necesidad, otro de los hallazgos es la manifestación colectiva de
los docentes en cuanto a la falta de información en relación de los enfoques de género y
enfoque de derechos.
