| Abstract: | Tourism is a big business, is one of the most important economic areas of the world and in lot of zones, the only principal source of inversion and employment. Ecuador has innumerable zones with a big touristic attractive that stand out because of the varied culture and big biodiversity. The city of Gualaceoconcentrate inside all the unimaginable touristic beauty: colonial architecture, historic richness, cultural traditions, extreme sports, natural reserves, craft activities, and traditional gastronomy.
Gualaceo city is one of the most important touristic attractive of the Azuay province, because of the location has special climate and landscapes, unique in the region. The population work as farmers and livestock, that at the beginning it was considered as the most important income source, but because of the skills of the people to make handicrafts and typical manufactures and the permanent affluence of tourists make it an important income nowadays because of the quality.
The Gastronomy initiate with the appearance of the man in the Earth, and with this a attractive to visit a particular destiny.the cultivation of several products as well, which in this moment the people eat it alone or raw, but the invention of the fire initiate the evolution and creation to satisfy the food needs, and nowadays it becomes an important commercial and touristic development |
| Description: | El turismo es un gran negocio, es uno de los sectores económicos más importantes del mundo y en muchas zonas, la única fuente principal de inversión y empleo.
La ciudad de Gualaceo posee innumerables zonas de gran interés turístico que se destacan por su variada cultura y gran biodiversidad. Esta ciudad concentra en su interior todos los encantos turísticos imaginables: arquitectura colonial, riqueza histórica, tradiciones culturales, deportes extremos, reservas naturales, actividades artesanales y la gastronomía típica
Gualaceo es uno de los atractivos turísticos más importantes de la provincia del Azuay, por su ubicación cuenta con un clima y paisajes especiales, únicos en la región. La población se dedica principalmente a la agricultura y la ganadería; que en un principio era considerada como la principal fuente de ingresos, pero por la habilidad de su gente en la elaboración de artesanías y manufacturas típicas y la afluencia de turistas cobraron importancia por su calidad y precio , hoy es un rubro que genera ingresos a la economía del cantón.
La gastronomía se inicia con la aparición del hombre sobre la faz de la tierra y con ello también surge el cultivo de diversos productos, que en ese entonces se consumían solos y crudos, luego gracias al invento del fuego se ha logrado ir evolucionando y creando nuevas técnicas y combinaciones para satisfacer las necesidadesalimentarias y hoy en día es un importante lugar para el desarrollo del comercio y el turismo |
