| Abstract: | In this work, an analysis, comparison and compilation of information aimed at determining the
viability of the cannabis legalization process is carried out, in order to determine the measures to
be taken in the face of this possibility, thus contributing to the interested social sectors and the
state with information that will allow them to become directly and actively involved in the path
towards the legalization of cannabis in the country. While it is true that cannabis for medicinal use
has already been legalized, which represents a great step forward in this area, the recreational
use of this drug is an unavoidable reality that demands immediate attention. This research
focuses on gathering information to understand the social perspective of a possible project to
legalize the use of recreational cannabis, aiming to achieve the benefits that have already
benefited other states that have already legalized and regularized cannabis completely within
their legal regulations. |
| Description: | En el presente trabajo realiza un análisis, comparación y recopilación de información
encaminados a determinar la viabilidad del proceso de legalización del cannabis, con el fin de
determinar las medidas a tomar frente a esta posibilidad, contribuyendo así a los sectores
sociales interesados, y al estado con información que les permita involucrarse directa y
activamente en el camino hacia la legalización del cannabis en el país. Pues si bien es cierto, ya
se ha legalizado el cannabis de uso medicinal, lo cual representa un gran avance en esta materia,
sin embargo, el consumo recreativo de esta droga es una realidad ineludible, que demanda
atención inmediata. Esta investigación se centra en recopilar información para comprender la
perspectiva social frente a un posible proyecto de legalización del uso del cannabis recreativo,
teniendo como fin alcanzar beneficios de los que ya se han favorecido otros estados que ya han
legalizado y regularizado el cannabis completamente dentro de su normativa legal. |
