| dc.description | Este estudio aborda la investigación de la utilización de Twitter en el área de noticias y deportes de Unsión Tv, su aporte de información en la Web de este medio de comunicación cuencano y su equipo de producción. A través de cuestionarios y entrevistas se investiga cómo manejan esta herramienta digital, los campos en los que lo utilizan y la influencia que ésta red social adquiere al momento de buscar y generar información en el trabajo periodístico. Las encuestas realizadas al personal de Unsión nos da la referencia de cómo se está manejando Twitter. La metodología utilizada para este trabajo ha sido una investigación de campo, realizada en los departamentos de noticias y deportes, también se trabajó con entrevistas al personal que está directamente vinculado con el Twitter del canal. El cuestionario aplicado fue de 23 preguntas basadas en la utilización y vinculación al Twitter del personal de Unsión, con el fin de poder obtener información, comprobar hipótesis y alcanzar los objetivos planteados en el presente trabajo.Con el debido proceso y análisis de la información obtuvimos gráficos estadísticos que nos permiten conocer con mayor claridad los porcentajes correspondientes con referencia de utilización de Twitter. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research study addresses the use of Twitter in the Unsión TV area of news and sports, your provision of information on the website of this media in Cuenca and its production team. Through questionnaires and interviews the researcher investigates how they handle this digital tool, the fields in which they use it and the influence it acquires social network when seeking and generate information in the field of journalism. Surveys given to Unsión Tv staff gives us the reference of how Twitter is being handled. The methodology used for this study was a field investigation, carried out in the news and sports departments also worked with staff interviews which are directly linked to the Twitter channel. The questionnaire used was 23 questions based on the use and adherence to Twitter Unsión Tv staff, in order to obtain information, test hypotheses and achieve the goals outlined in this paper. With all due process and analysis of information obtained statistical graphs allow us to know more clearly with reference percentages for use of Twitter. | es_ES |
