| Abstract: | The parish of Ricaurte is located in the northwest
of the province of Azuay and has an area of
14 km2. It is considered an agricultural sector
because it is located in a rural area; however,
with the passage of time this has ceased to be
the case, because of the total population of the
parish (1797 inhabitants) only 9%, approximately,
is dedicated to primary activities, while the rest
of the inhabitants are focused on the secondary
sector (manufacturing industry and construction
activity) and the tertiary sector (commerce and
services).
Due to this situation and the need expressed by
the Decentralized Autonomous Government of
the parish of Ricaurte, we have proposed the
design of the preliminary project of a cultural
and commercial center whose main purpose
is to meet the needs and requirements of the
different sectors.
It should be noted that the design takes into
account various aspects such as the history of
the parish, the urban environment, materiality,
comfort, among others. |
| Description: | La parroquia de Ricaurte se encuentra ubicada
al noroeste de la provincia del Azuay y cuenta
con una extensión de 14 km2. Es considerada
como un sector agrícola por encontrarse en una
zona rural, sin embargo, con el paso del tiempo
esto ha dejado de ser así, debido a que de la
población total de la parroquia (1797 habitantes)
únicamente el 9%, aproximadamente, se dedica
a actividades primarias, mientras que el resto
de los pobladores están enfocados en el sector
secundario (industria manufacturera y actividad
constructiva) y el terciario (comercio y servicios).
Por esta situación y la necesidad expresada
por el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de
la parroquia de Ricaurte; se ha propuesto el
diseño del anteproyecto de un centro cultural y
comercial cuyo principal fi n es el de satisfacer las
necesidades y requerimientos de los diferentes
sectores.
Cabe destacar, que para el diseño se toman en
cuenta diversos aspectos como la historia de la
parroquia, el entorno urbano, la materialidad, el
confort, entre otros. |
