| Abstract: | The present study work consists of the development at the preliminary level of the Administrative Building for the Municipal GAD of the El Tambo Canton. This project arose from the request by the Municipality of the Canton through an agreement with the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Cuenca. The main reason for reaching this agreement was to provide a building that can meet the needs of a developing canton and provide comfort and efficiency to its workers and the citizens of the Canton. The first phase of this work will consist of the investigation and compilation of information on the El Tam bo Canton, followed by an investigation of the administrative building through history, regulations, adaptability of spaces, etc. To then analyze the current building of the Municipality of El Tambo and find the current problems of the building. The second phase consists of carrying out a case study of administrative buildings, in order to be able to carry out an assessment and find criteria, guidelines and design parameters that are similar to the needs of our project, the same ones that can be taken as a starting point. starting point and later, apply them in the design of the project. The third phase consists of analyzing the site to intervene and its surroundings, these analyzes will be at the city level and at the immediate level, to carry out an in-depth analysis of the Canton. It analyzes the bioclimatic and hydrographic conditions, the built environment, mobility and transport, infrastructure, typologies, landscape, flora and fauna, the topography of the selected property, current regulations, etc. Once the research and analysis stage is completed, the architectural draft is designed, based on the previously obtained design parameters. Achieving a building that is in accordance with the needs of the population, whose exterior spaces serve as a connection with the exterior and its interior spaces are flexible, versatile, functional but above all that provide an adaptability of spaces according to the needs of the popula tion and of the decade. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo de titulación consiste en el desarrollo a nivel de anteproyecto del edificio administrativo para el GAD Municipal del cantón El Tambo. Este proyecto surgió de la solicitud por parte del Municipio del Cantón a través de un convenio con Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Cuenca.
La tercera fase consiste en analizar el sitio a intervenir y su entorno, estos se desarrollarán a nivel de ciudad y a nivel inmediato del cantón, para estudiar las condiciones actuales de El Tambo e identificar las necesidades y virtudes del mismo.
Además, se analizará las condiciones bioclimáticas, hidrográficas, el entorno construido, movilidad y transporte, infraestructura, tipologías, paisaje, flora, fauna, la topografía del predio seleccionado, normativa vigente, etc.
La principal razón para llegar a este acuerdo fue proveer de un edificio que pueda solventar las necesidades de un cantón en vías de desarrollo, brindar confortabilidad y eficiencia a sus trabajadores y a la ciudadanía del cantón.
El trabajo se desarrollará en tres fases, a continuación, procederemos a especificar cada una de ellas.
La primera fase consistirá en la investigación y recopilación de información sobre el cantón El Tambo, seguido de una investigación
del edificio administrativo a través de la historia, normativa vigente, adaptabilidad de espacios, etc., para luego analizar el actual
edificio de la municipalidad de El Tambo y encontrar los problemas actuales de la edificación. La segunda fase consiste en realizar un estudio de casos de edificios administrativos, con la finalidad de poder realizar una valoración y encontrar criterios, lineamientos y parámetros de diseño que se semejen a las necesidades de nuestro proyecto, los mismos que se puedan tomar como punto de partida y posteriormente, aplicarlos en el diseño del proyecto. La tercera fase consiste en analizar el sitio a intervenir y su entorno, estos se desarrollarán a nivel de ciudad y a nivel inmediato del cantón, para estudiar las condiciones actuales de El Tambo e identificar las necesidades y virtudes del mismo. Además, se analizará las condiciones bioclimáticas, hidrográficas, el entorno construido, movilidad y transporte, infraestructura, tipologías, paisaje, flora, fauna, la topografía del predio seleccionado, normativa vigente, etc. Una vez concluida la etapa de investigación y análisis, se procede al diseño del anteproyecto arquitectónico, tomando como base los parámetros de diseño obtenidos previamente. Logrando un edificio que esté acorde a las necesidades de la población, cuyos espacios exteriores se relacionen con el entorno y sus espacios interiores sean flexibles, versátiles, funcionales, pero sobre todo que brinde una adaptabilidad de espacios de acuerdo a las necesidades de la población y de la década. |
