Estrategias utilizadas en la enseñanza de matemáticas en el bachillerato intensivo en la Unidad Educativa Promoción Social Integral del Austro (UEPS)

Abstract

The present research is focused on making a selective identification of the educational skills handled by the teachers of the Unit Educative Promotion Social Integral del Austro (UEPS) in its Intensive Baccalaureate program for the subject of Mathematics. By means of the theoretical compilation as bibliographic support, it has been possible to interpret and select the best strategies that teachers can use with groups of students who have unfinished education and wish to return to the classroom to complete it. Interviews were also conducted with the teachers, taking into consideration their appreciations about the subject and the planning that their work entails to carry it out with their students. This research focuses on groups of adult students, who are over eighteen years of age, considering that their learning level is not the same as that of regular students, so pedagogical support is included for teachers through the Guide Brochure that will serve to improve the development of their classes. Therefore, this work can be considered for future research that welcomes similar models and initiatives that promote the generation of educational strategies for various subjects and groups of students that merit handling classrooms differently, in an inclusive manner
