| Abstract: | Ecopuntaje know the utility in the diagnosis of antenatal fetal maturity, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, establishing their diagnostic capacity and predictive.
Material and Methods
Retrospective studied the validation of ultrasound for prenatal diagnosis of fetal maturity, it was compared with the data’s of the newborn, bases on the test of CAPURRO, where it did included pregnant patients of 30 weeks of even longer did take the attention of their pregnancy and the childbirth in the Moreno Vasquez Hospital and we met the inclusion criteria demanded by the research. The data’s of the newborn were obtained from his medical record.
Results
The age of the women participating in the investigation ranged between 20 and 29 years, most of them were sure of the date about their last menstrual period.
The childbirth rate was the most frequently Eutychus. According to the ecopuntaje in the most women participating. Their product was to the term of gestation, confirmed Capurro Test at the moment to born. The ECOPUNTAJE in studied that the group showed a high sensitivity and specificity for detecting medium to full term of newborns.
Being equality high positive predictive value, it is the reason of the positive rate of 1.8064 verisimilitude and a negative rate of 0.1936 verisimilitude and with a index e Youden of 0.40.
Conclusion
By we have talk before it is concluded that the valid ECOPUNTAJE method for detection of fetal maturity.

| Description: | Se realizó un estudio retrospectivo de validación por ultrasonido para el diagnóstico antenatal de madurez fetal, que fue comparado con los datos del recién nacido, basado en el test de Capurro, en donde se incluyó a las pacientes embarazadas de 30 semanas o más que acudieron a la atención de su embarazo y del parto en el Hospital Moreno Vásquez y que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión que demandaba la investigación. Los datos del recién nacido se obtuvieron de su expediente clínico. Resultados: la edad de las mujeres participantes en la investigación fluctuó entre 20 y 29 años; la mayoría de ellas estuvo segura de la fecha de su última menstruación; el tipo de parto con mayor frecuencia fue el eutócico. Según el Ecopuntaje en la mayoría de las mujeres participantes, su producto de la gestación estuvo a término, confirmado con el Test de Capurro al momento de nacer. El Ecopuntaje en el grupo de estudio demostró que posee una alta sensibilidad y una mediana especificidad para detectar a los recién nacidos a término. Siendo igualmente el valor predictivo positivo alto, razón de verosimilitud positiva de 1.8064, razón de verisimilitud negativa de 0.1936 y con un índice e Youden de 0.4. Conclusión: por lo antes expuesto se concluye que el método de ecopuntaje es valedero para la detección de madurez fetal. AU |
