| Abstract: | In Ecuador, after the difficult economic situation in
which a large number of families live, the state has im-
plemented a social housing plan, which guarantees citi-
zens access to safe housing and decent housing. The
social housing “Hormi Dos” granted by the Ministry of
Urban Development and Housing (MIDUVI), which will
be the object of investigation.
The purpose of the research project is the design of
a line of furniture that covers the parameters of low cost,
depending on the line of furniture that can be adapted
to homes with similar characteristics, obtaining aesthetic
and functional spaces.
The proposal is based on a detailed study of the pla-
ce to intervene to find the problems and provide ade-
quate solutions to each of the living spaces, taking into
account references that will serve as support for the de-
velopment of the proposal, in order to obtain a space
that covers the needs and facilitates the quality of life of
the inhabitants in said habitat; In addition, it consists of
the delivery of a cutting list of each piece of furniture with
the lowest cost boards on the market, allowing the user
not only a list of materials but also a guide for easy and
quick assembly. |
| Description: | En el Ecuador, tras la difícil situación económi-
ca en la que vive un gran número de familias, el
estado ha ejecutado un plan social habitacional, el
cual garantiza a la ciudadanía el acceso al habi-
tad seguro y la vivienda digna. La vivienda social
“Hormi Dos” otorgada por el ministerio de desarro-
llo urbano y vivienda (MIDUVI), la cual será objeto
de investigación.
El proyecto de investigación tiene el propósito
el diseño de una línea de mobiliario que abarca
los parámetros de bajo costo, en función de que
la línea de muebles pueda adaptarse a viviendas
con características similares, obteniendo espa-
cios estéticos y funcionales.
La propuesta se basa en un estudio minucioso
del lugar a intervenir para encontrar los problemas
y darle soluciones adecuadas a cada uno de los
espacios habitacionales, teniendo en cuenta refe-
rentes que servirán de apoyo para el desarrollo de
la propuesta, con el fin de obtener un espacio que
cubra las necesidades y facilite la calidad de vida
de los habitantes en dicho habitad; además, con-
siste en la entrega de una lista de corte de cada
mueble con tableros de menor costo en el merca-
do, posibilitando al usuario no solo un listado de
materiales sino también una guía de fácil y rápido
armado. |
