Abstract
This research has an intentional sample of 53 EFL learners from the University of Cuenca, with the aim of studying how the use of Kahoot and Quizizz smartphone apps influences the teaching-learning-assessment process. The results show that this experience can be much more enriching for both the student and the teacher.
