Abstract: | To be a descriptive design they were considered dependent variables according to the distribution of frequencies and with the help of a statistical package, they were processed in number of pathologies, percentages, half arithmetic and standard deviation (X ± SD), then it was entered in a database of a statistical program of computer EXCEL version 2007 in Spanish for Windows™.
For the presentation of the results charts and graphics were used, recommended by the methodology, according to the relevance of the fact.
To know the lesions more frequent neuromusculoesqueléticas, it was looked for the characteristics according to the variables, previous the application of a survey for the sportsmen and the elaboration of a preventive and educational plan to avoid the lesions, with a sample of 198 sportsmen in the gyms: Kronch, Elite, Body Mentions, Polytechnic, Rock Sport, Fox Gym and Mr. Gym.
The sportsmen indicated to have experienced several lesions where according to sex 77.27% of the sample they are men and 22,73% they are women.

According to the distribution according to civil state, he/she has been proven that bigger access to a gym has single people and that they are 65,66% of all those interviewed.
According to the factor of risk, the cause that more it caused the lesions in the sportsmen it is the envelope it loads followed by the incorrect technique. |
