| Abstract: | The parish San Sebastián de Yúluc belongs to Saraguro in the province of Loja,
where its main axis of production is agriculture, currently has an access road to the
parish center at ballast level in poor condition, with very forced turning radio and
reduced widths of up to 3.50 m, which make it difficult for the population to leave
products and connect, being a desire of this parish the improvement of said road
embodied in the objectives of its PDOT. In this sense, on March 10, 2021, the interinstitutional cooperation agreement was signed to carry out the "Definitive studies
and designs of the road to the parish seat of San Sebastián de Yúluc, of the
Saraguro Canton, Loja Province", between the Electro Generadora del Austro,
ELECAUSTRO SA Compañy, the Autonomous Decentralized Government of the
Province of Loja, the Autonomous Decentralized Parish Government of San
Sebastián de Yuluc, the Autonomous Decentralized Parish Government of
Sumaypamba, the University of Cuenca, and, on the other hand, the Public
Company from the University of Cuenca UCUENCA EP.
As part of this agreement, this postgraduate thesis project seeks the
"ELABORATION OF ENGINEERING STUDIES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
THE ROAD TO THE PARISH HEADQUARTERS OF SAN SEBASTIÁN DE YULUC
FROM THE ABSCISSA 0+000 TO 5+500, LOCATED IN THE CANTON
SARAGURO DE LA PROVINCIA DE LOJA”, which include carrying out the survey
of a topographical strip of up to 30 meters wide, taking as a midpoint the axis of the
current road, 15 meters on each side of the axis of the road itself that will contain
information planimetric and tachymetric, through the use of topographical
instruments. Design the horizontal and vertical geometric project considering the
profile of the current grade, as well as the levels of works of art, hydro-sanitary,
telephone and electrical infrastructure, the levels of constructions or houses
adjacent to the road and execute the pavement design, in where the structure of the
road package in flexible pavement will be determined, where a structure will be
presented, for a design horizon of 20 years.
Finally, as results of the thesis project, the Technical Report of the Topographical
Study, the Technical Report of the Definitive Geometric Design, and the Technical
Report of the Pavement Designs will be obtained, which will serve as technical
support to the Provincial Government of Loja so that within its competition can
execute the improvement of the road to the parish head of San Sebastián de Yúluc. |
| Description: | La parroquia de San Sebastián de Yúluc, pertenece al cantón Saraguro de la
provincia de Loja, en dónde su principal eje de producción es la agricultura, posee
en la actualidad un carretero de acceso a la cabecera parroquial a nivel de lastre
en mal estado, con radios de giro muy forzados y anchos reducidos de hasta 3.50
m, que dificultan la salida de productos y conectividad de la población, siendo un
anhelo de esta parroquia el mejoramiento de dicha vía plasmado en los objetivos
de su PDOT. En tal sentido, con fecha 10 de marzo de 2021 se firma el convenio
de cooperación interinstitucional para realizar los “Estudios y diseños definitivos de
la vía a la cabecera parroquial de San Sebastián de Yúluc, del Cantón Saraguro,
Provincia de Loja”, entre la Empresa Electro Generadora del Austro, ELECAUSTRO
S.A, el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Provincia de Loja, el Gobierno
Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de San Sebastián de Yuluc, el Gobierno
Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Sumaypamba, la Universidad de Cuenca,
y por otra parte la Empresa Pública de la Universidad de Cuenca UCUENCA EP.
Como parte de este convenio el presente proyecto de tesis de posgrado busca la
“ELABORACIÓN DE ESTUDIOS DE INGENIERÍA PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO DE
LA VÍA A LA CABECERA PARROQUIAL DE SAN SEBASTIÁN DE YULUC DESDE
LA ABSCISA 0+000 A 5+500, UBICADA EN EL CANTÓN SARAGURO DE LA
PROVINCIA DE LOJA”, los cuales comprenden realizar el levantamiento de una
franja topográfica de hasta 30 metros de ancho, tomando como punto medio el eje
de la vía actual, 15 metros a cada lado del eje de la vía mismo que contendrá
información planimétrica y taquimétrica, mediante el empleo de instrumentos
topográficos. Diseñar el proyecto geométrico horizontal y vertical considerando el
perfil de la rasante actual, así como los niveles de obras de arte, de infraestructura
hidrosanitaria, telefónica y eléctrica, los niveles de construcciones o viviendas
adyacentes a la vía y ejecutar el diseño de pavimentos, en donde se determinará
la estructura del paquete vial en pavimento flexible, en donde se presentará una
estructura, para un horizonte de diseño de 20 años.
Finalmente se obtendrán como resultados del proyecto de tesis el Informe técnico
del estudio Topográfico, el Informe técnico del Diseño Geométrico Definitivo, y el
Informe técnico de los Diseños de Pavimentos, mismos que servirán como respaldo
técnico al Gobierno Provincial de Loja para que dentro de su competencia pueda
ejecutar el mejoramiento de la vía a la cabecera parroquial de San Sebastián de
Yúluc. |
