| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research project is a bibliographic review whose objective was to review and analyze relevant information about self-determined motivation and how the teacher influences it for the practice of physical activity in school adolescents from 10 to 16 years of age. For which a total of 19 scientific articles were accumulated. To select the articles, I used eleven digital bases applying specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. Hence, the results found, pointed out that the teacher influence in self-determined motivation is one of the main theories studied in the educational and sports context. Furthermore, it is positive into the internal facts in function of the basic psychological needs and the sort of behavior regulation to determine the type of motivation and to achieve the highest level of self- determined motivation in children and teenagers. However, some practices and mistaken methodologies tend to frustrate the basic psychological needs specially in these ages provoking rejection, physical practice neglect and demotivation.
