Abstract
The degree project discussed here is the result of an investigation based
on child abduction in Ecuadorian society, to reflect reality through object art.
This search for information has its starting point in terms of the modalities,
concepts, consequences, and statistics of the kidnapping; in the same way, it is
considered how the present topic has had an impact on art, its different periods
throughout history, and dealing with the question of the artist's ethics in his
works consequent to the issue of kidnapping, thus concluding with the
reflections pertinent on the artwork that's being made for this project; processes,
sketches, records, etc.
Resumen
El proyecto de titulación que aquí se trata, es el resultado de una
investigación en base al secuestro infantil en la sociedad ecuatoriana, motivado
por reflejar dicha realidad por medio del arte objeto.
Esta búsqueda de información tiene su punto de partida en lo que a
modalidades, conceptos, secuelas y estadísticas del secuestro se refiere; de
igual manera se considera el cómo ha repercutido el presente tema en materia
de arte, sus distintas épocas a través de la historia así como también la
cuestión sobre la ética del artista en sus trabajos consecuentes al asunto del
secuestro, llegando así a concluir con las reflexiones pertinentes con respecto
a la obra de arte a realizarse para este proyecto; procesos, bocetos, registros,
etc.
