dc.description | Antecedentes Actualmente los padres de familia se enfrentan a estrés por la pandemia de COVID – 19 suscitada el año 2020, donde se ha visto un aislamiento social para su prevención, promoviendo el teletrabajo y la teleeducación. Se observa la necesidad de determinar el nivel de agotamiento físico y mental que presentan los padres, tras estar al pendiente de los niños en la teleeducación, en su teletrabajo, y los quehaceres del hogar. Por este motivo se ha decido conocer el síndrome de Burnout en los padres de familia de los niños/as de inicial I y II de la Escuela de Educación Básica Juan Bautista Aguirre – Miraflores. Objetivo General Evaluar el índice de Burnout a los padres de familia de los niños y niñas de inicial I y II de la Escuela de Educación Básica Juan Bautista Aguirre – Miraflores. Metodología Estudio de tipo cuantitativo descriptivo prospectivo. Con una totalidad de 85 padres de familia de los niños y niñas de inicial I y II de la escuela de Educación Básica Juan Bautista Aguirre – Miraflores, a los cuales se aplicó el Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). El método de recolección de datos fue de fuente primaria, se aplicó el inventario MBI y un formulario de recolección de datos sociodemográficos; para el análisis y la tabulación de datos se utilizó el programa IBM SPSS, versión 23.0. Para la presentación de resultados se utilizó tablas del programa Microsoft Excel 2016. Resultados La población que muestra índice de síndrome de Burnout fueron las madres de 31 a 35 años de edad, estado civil casadas, instrucción entre bachillerato y tercer nivel, a cargo de un puesto y que cumplen jornadas laborales de al menos 8 horas diarias. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Background Currently, parents are facing stress due to the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in 2020, where social isolation has been seen for its prevention, promoting teleworking and teleeducation. The need to determine the level of physical and mental exhaustion presented by parents is observed, after being aware of children in tele-education, in their telework, and household chores. For this reason, it has been decided to know the Burnout syndrome in the parents of the children of initial I and II of the Juan Bautista Aguirre School of Basic Education - Miraflores. General objective Evaluate the Burnout index to parents of boys and girls from initial I and II from the Juan Bautista Aguirre Basic Education School - Miraflores. Methodology Prospective descriptive quantitative study. With a total of 85 parents of children from initial I and II from the Juan Bautista Aguirre Basic Education School - Miraflores, to whom the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) was applied. The data collection method was from a primary source, the MBI inventory and a sociodemographic data collection form were applied; The IBM SPSS program, version 23.0, was used for data analysis and tabulation. For the presentation of results, tables from the Microsoft Excel 2016 program were used. Results The population that shows an index of Burnout syndrome were mothers between 31 and 35 years of age, married marital status, education between high school and third level, in charge of a position and who work hours of at least 8 hours a day. | en_US |
