The diagnosis of Sharp Renal Inadequacy was based on a creatinina value high to 1,5 mg/dl.
The Sharp Renal Inadequacy was more prevalent for the women [RP = 1,07 (IC95% 0,7 - 1,6)], bigger patients to 65 years [RP = 1,3 (IC95% 0,8 - 2,0)], the bachelors [RP = 1,4 (IC95% 0,5 - 3,4)], private employees [RP = 1,8 (IC95% 0,6 - 5,2)], the unemployed [RP = 1,2 (IC95% 0,5 - 3,1)], level of primary instruction [RP = 1,9 (IC95% 0,6 - 5,3)], with comorbilidad like diabetes [RP = 2,2 (IC95% 1,3 - 5,5)], cardiovascular illnesses [RP = 1,4 (IC95% 0,8 - 2,3)], urologics [RP = 1,6 (IC95% 0,4 - 6,6)], infectious [RP = 1,6 (IC95% 0,2 - 12,6)] and with edema [RP = 1,1 (IC95% 0,3 - 3,6)]. TO exception of the association with the diabetes mellitus that was significant (P = 0,042), the other associations were not it.
Discussion. The prevalence and the associate factors were neither different from the results found in a previous study in the same service The reports of the international literature they have concordant figures. That makes necessary periodic investigations that allow to obtain bigger evidences. |
