Abstract

From an analysis regarding the problem of animal abuse and negligence on the part of the authorities at the time of punishing the contraventions mentioned in the Organic Comprehensive Criminal Code in force to date in article 56, the present investigation emerged whose final product aims to contribute to society and touch the consciousness of the Cuenca population on the correct possession and maintenance of companion pets, as well as wildlife by creating an artistic work consisting of a book that compiles sketches, character designs and final drawings in a Concept Art for the future creation of a video game; In this way, acts of abuse, rescue and liberation events that have taken place in the City of Cuenca will be represented.
