| Abstract: | This degree work was aimed at the analysis and creation of a communication plan for
the Quinta Yunguilla business, its objective is to determine the state of communication in the
business to position it as a holiday reference in the Yunguilla Valley, it investigates the
concepts of communication, organization, image and corporate identity, organizational
communication, communication diagnosis and social networks mixed methods were used,
the qualitative one was an in-depth interview with the owner and the non-participatory
observation, the quantitative one was two surveys, the first one of satisfaction and the second
one to know the demands of the business target. As a complement in the methodology, social
networks were analyzed, to know the publications and flaws that they may have. The results
were that people asked for an improvement of the image and services in the fifth and also
used more Facebook to rent the place. A communication plan proposal was also
implemented, detailing various physical and communication activities, in addition to a
budget. It is concluded that the Quinta Yunguilla business still needs to improve its
communication with its customers and the need to implement new personnel |
| Description: | Este trabajo de titulación tuvo como finalidad el análisis y creación de un plan
comunicacional para el negocio Quinta Yunguilla, su objetivo es determinar el estado de la
comunicación en el negocio para posicionarlo como referente vacacional en el Valle de
Yunguilla, se indagó en los conceptos de comunicación, organización, imagen e identidad
corporativa, comunicación organizacional, diagnóstico de la comunicación y redes sociales;
se utilizaron métodos mixtos, el cualitativo fue una entrevista a profundidad al dueño y la
observación no participativa, el cuantitativo fueron dos encuestas, la primera de satisfacción
y la segunda para conocer las exigencias del target del negocio. Como complemento en la
metodología se analizaron las redes sociales, para conocer las publicaciones y falencias que
estas puedan tener. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que la gente pedía una mejora de la
imagen y los servicios en la quinta y además utilizaban más Facebook para alquilar el lugar.
También se implementó una propuesta de plan comunicacional, donde se detalló varias
actividades tanto físicas como comunicacionales, además de un presupuesto. Concluimos
que el negocio Quinta Yunguilla aún necesita mejorar su comunicación con sus clientes y la
necesidad de implementar nuevo personal |
