| Abstract: | There are different types of risks that can be generated due to the nature of the activities carried out by health personnel. The present study was applied to the entire working population of the Medical Specialty Clinic Auxilio Praxxel Cia. Ltda, applying the different methods of identification and risk assessment. For the identification of risks the NTP 330 method was used, to evaluate the biological risk the Biogaval method was used, to evaluate the ergonomic risk to the nursing staff, the MAPO method was used and the psychosocial risk assessment, the ISTAS 21 surveys were used.
The results of the investigation show the risks present in the home of health that are: biological risks, ergonomic risks and psychosocial risks.
Finally, general and specific prevention measures are proposed that will minimize the risk, first, at the source, then in the transmission medium and finally in the worker. |
| Description: | Existen diferentes tipos de riesgos que se pueden generar debido a la naturaleza propia con las actividades que realizan el personal de salud.
El presente estudio fue aplicado a toda la población trabajadora de la Clínica de Especialidades Médicas Auxilio Praxxel Cia. Ltda., aplicándose los métodos de identificación y evaluación de riesgos. Para la identificación de riesgos se empleó el método de evaluación de riesgos NTP 330, para evaluar el riesgo biológico se usó el método Biogaval, para evaluar el riesgo ergonómico al personal de enfermería se utilizó el método MAPO, y para la evaluación del riesgo psicosocial se usaron las encuestas ISTAS 21.
En el presente trabajo se trataron los riesgos biológicos, riesgos ergonómicos y riesgos psicosociales Finalmente se proponen medidas de prevención general y específica que permitirán minimizar el riesgo, en primer lugar, en la fuente, luego en el medio de transmisión y finalmente en el trabajador.
