Abstract
The entry into force of the Organic Administrative Code caused several changes within the different actions performed by the public administration, these changes in turn affect the actions carried out by other administrative branches, one of these, is the tax branch, so there are that determining what exactly is the area where this regulatory body affects the actions carried out by the different tax administrations (Central, sectional or exception), is therefore, that this work is aimed at knowing the actions carried out by the tax action, and that could be affected by the Organic Administrative Code, such as administrative acts, resources, third parties and coercive execution.
Resumen
La entrada en vigencia del Código Orgánico Administrativo provocó diversos cambios dentro de las diferentes actuaciones que realiza la administración pública, dichos cambios a su vez inciden en las actuaciones que realicen otras ramas administrativas, una de estas, es la rama tributaria, por lo que hay que determinar cuál es exactamente el área donde incide este cuerpo normativo en las actuaciones que realicen las distintas administraciones tributarias (Central, seccional o de excepción), es por ello, que el presente trabajo va encaminado a conocer las actuaciones que realiza la actuación tributaria, y que podrían verse afectadas por el Código Orgánico Administrativo, como los actos administrativos, recursos, tercerías y la ejecución de coactiva.
