Abstract
This work is a journey through the substantive formulations of some of the most outstanding authors of legal dogmatics and the philosophy of Law, having as a central node the methods of interpretation and their repercussions in the society. In a special way, we analyze the changes that legal interpretation has had in the constitutional model that we have experienced since the second half of the 20th century, and how this represents a "turn of the nut" for juridical dogmatics and legal work every day. These legal changes that are still being framed within society are examined, and represent epistemological challenges of great importance.
Resumen
Este trabajo es un recorrido por las formulaciones sustantivas de algunos de los más destacados autores de la dogmática jurídica y la filosofía del Derecho, teniendo como nodo central los métodos de interpretación y sus repercusiones en la sociedad. De manera especial, se analizan los cambios que ha tenido la interpretación jurídica en el modelo constitucional que se vive a partir de la segunda mitad del siglo XX, y como esto representa un “giro de tuerca” para la dogmática jurídica y el quehacer jurídico de todos los días. Se examinan estos cambios jurídicos que aún se están fraguando en el seno de la sociedad, y que representan retos epistemológicos de gran envergadura.
