| Abstract: | The present degree work has as an aim to contribute to the improvement of the process of
education of the subject Flat and Spherical Trigonometry, specifically in the unit related to
Lines and Graphs of Trigonometrical Functions, for the students of the career of Mathematics
and Physics of the University of Cuenca, whereupon, it has proposed methodological
strategies that serve as support and guide tool for the teacher, along with the production of
didactic material for allowing the pupil achieves a significant learning.
For the theoretical foundation of this academic proposal, it has realized a bibliographical
study based on the theory of Constructivism. Likewise, through the application of surveys to
the students and an interview to two teachers of the career, the obtained data has been
analyzed; whose information demonstrated the existence of certain failings in the teaching
and the degree of difficulty in the learning of the mentioned unit.
Consequently, some didactic strategies were proposed for teachers by means of a guided
and significant learning; with the elaboration of the concrete material for the construction of
the trigonometrical lines; sine, cosine and tangent functions; that pretends to improve the
comprehension of the students through the combination of theory and practice. |
| Description: | líneas y gráficas de las funciones trigonométricas, en los estudiantes de la carrera de
Matemáticas y Física de la Universidad de Cuenca. Para lo cual, se propone estrategias
metodológicas que sirvan como una herramienta de apoyo y guía al docente y la elaboración
de material didáctico para que el alumno pueda lograr un aprendizaje significativo.
Para la fundamentación teórica de la propuesta se realizó un estudio bibliográfico basado
en lineamientos constructivistas. Asimismo, por medio de la aplicación de encuestas a los
estudiantes y entrevista a dos docentes de la carrera se analizaron los datos obtenidos, donde
dicha información evidenció la existencia de ciertas falencias en la enseñanza y el grado de
dificultad en el aprendizaje de dicha unidad.
Por consiguiente se propone estrategias didácticas para docentes, mediante un aprendizaje
guiado y significativo; con la elaboración del material concreto para la construcción de las
líneas trigonométricas, funciones seno, coseno y tangente, que pretende mejorar la
comprensión de los estudiantes mediante la combinación de teoría y práctica. |
