Abstract: | The following thesis project is developed into three chapters. Chapter I analyzes all the needs to achieve an adequate design of the considered space, studying the minimum details; from the Psychosocial point of view, it is intended to understand the behavior of the individual inside the semiclosed spaces and their relationships
with other individuals. From the Architectonic point of view, it is intended to achieve a better understanding of the areas and the functions of these spaces, the anthropometry in places to eat, meetings and circulation for both disabled and non-disabled people. A cladding general analysis, this includes the durability, resistance,
security, and materiality that a floor and wall needs for these spaces; the chromatic is indispensable to provide harmony and comfort to the site, as well as the lighting is an important point for the analysis of the Faculty thus giving, visibility, sensations and aesthetics to the space. Chapter II presents a depth analysis of leisure for international university students; it is compared between them, distinguishing each mentioned point from Chapter I. Finally, Chapter III shows us the development of the proposal of the Faculty central courtyard, from its concept, style, chromatic, sensations, anthropometry, circulation, lighting, constructive details, furniture design, functionality and aesthetic, everything based on the information showed in the mentioned previous Chapters |
Description: | El siguiente proyecto de tesis se desarrolla en tres capítulos. El capítulo I, analiza todas las necesidades para lograr un adecuado diseño del espacio a tratar, estudiando los más mínimos detalles; desde el punto de vista psicosocial, se intenta comprender el comportamiento del individuo dentro de espacios semicerrados y su relación con otros individuos. Desde el punto de vista arquitectónico, se pretende lograr un mejor ntendimiento de las áreas y funciones de estos espacios, la antropometría en lugares para comer, reuniones y circulaciones tanto para personas discapacitadas como no discapacitadas. Un análisis general del revestimiento, esto incluye la durabilidad, resistencia, seguridad y materialidad que necesita tener un piso y pared para estos espacios; la cromática es indispensable para poder dar armonía y confort al ambiente, al igual que la iluminación que es un punto importante para el análisis de la Facultad dando así, visibilidad, sensaciones y estética al espacio. El capítulo II presenta un análisis profundo de espacios de ocio para estudiantes universitarios internacionales, se compara entre ellas, distinguiendo cada punto mencionado del capítulo I. Finalmente el capítulo III nos muestra el desarrollo de la propuesta del Patio Central de la Facultad, desde su concepto, estilo, cromática, sensaciones, antropometría, circulación, iluminación, detalles constructivos, diseño de mobiliario, funcionalidad y estética, todo basado en información mostrada en los capítulos anteriores ya mencionados |
