| dc.description | El presente Modelo de Negocios tiene como objetivo identificar todos los factores que afectan y ayudan a El Carrusel C. Ltda., así como, la definición de su situación actual, para de esta manera plantear y diseñar un Modelo de Negocios el cual genere estrategias y procesos que permita a la empresa desarrollarse, crecer y ser más competitivos en el mercado. La primera parte se encuentra la definición de conceptos, seguido de la recolección de información la cual nos permite identificar como se encuentra la empresa en la actualidad y cuáles son los puntos donde debemos enfocarnos en el modelo; con todos estos datos e información se realiza la Cadena de Valor, El Modelo Canvas y toda la Planificación Estratégica. Partiendo de la Planificación Estratégica misma que nos permite saber cuáles son las Fortalezas, Debilidades, Oportunidades y Amenazas; se procede a realizar el análisis de Marketing, Producción y Finanzas; para saber que estrategias implementar, cuál va a ser su costo y de esta forma proyectar la situación de la empresa sin modelo y con modelo para visualizar como se va a beneficiar la empresa. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present Business Model aims identify all the factors that affect and help to El Carrusel C. Ltda., as well as, the definition of your current situation, for this way propose and design a Business Model to generate strategies and processes that allows to the company develop, grow and be more competitive in the market. The first part is the definition of concepts, followed by the information gathering, the same allow us to identify the current situation of the company and what are the points where we should focus in the model; with these dates and information we do the Value Chain, Canvas Model and all Strategic Planning. Starting from the Strategic Planning the same allows us to know what are Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, after this, we proceed to perform the analysis of Marketing, Production and Finance; from in this way to know what strategies to implement, what will be its cost and this form to project the actual situation of the company without Business Model and with Business Model to visualize how the company will benefit. | es_ES |
