| dc.description | Durante el transcurso de nuestra carrera, hemos observado que dentro de nuestra universidad no ha existido un estudio respecto de la reputación de esta, razón que nos ha llevado a inmiscuirnos en la realidad que día a día vive nuestra universidad y palpar de esta manera las percepciones que existen sobre ella, determinando la necesidad formal de efectuar un diagnóstico de la reputación que posee la Universidad de Cuenca, no solo para conocer las percepciones de quienes forman parte de la Universidad, tanto en el ámbito estudiantil, como en los ámbitos administrativos y docentes, sino para que, a través de este estudio, se puedan evidenciar tanto las falencias como los aciertos que esta posee y en base a esto, poder generar una serie de recomendaciones que coadyuven a la mejora de la reputación de esta prestigiosa institución, para poder mantener el nivel que posee hasta el día de hoy. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | During the time we have studied at the University of Cuenca, we have noticed that within this institution research regarding the reputation of this university is nonexistent. For this reason, we have carried out a thorough study in order to find out about the perceptions that people who work and those who study in this higher education institution have toward this university. Besides the perceptions of the participants, we wanted to find out about the shortcomings and the advantages the University of Cuenca has. Based on the information we gathered, we have generated several recommendations aimed at improving the university’s reputation as well as maintaining the high status it possesses nowadays. | es_ES |
